Original , very old, Pratt and Lambert paint sign. Circumference of metal plate has
different colors written on it by each of the spokes with the spokes painted that color.
Piece is probably from the 20's with paint showing georgeous patina.
The ad on metal plaque reads, "For Body Groom, Top and Upholstery,
Effects Auto Finishes, by Pratt and Lambert. This line includes Black Enamel
which is shown on rim of the wheel. Also Top & Seat Dressing and Clear Finish
Varnish". Unusual piece of old advertising history.
